What a Post-Construction Clean Includes
We start with debris and material removal, then work top to bottom so nothing resettles. Ceilings, light fixtures, fans and vents get dusted first. Walls are wiped down. Window tracks, sills and frames get detailed, and we scrape paint and adhesive from glass. Cabinets are cleaned inside and out, including the tops. Trim, baseboards, doors and door frames are hand-wiped. Fixtures, outlets and switch plates are cleaned. Floors are vacuumed with HEPA filtration, then mopped, and we repeat that on new hardwood and tile because fine dust keeps surfacing for days.
Rough Clean, Final Clean, or Both
Larger jobs usually need two visits. A rough clean once the heavy work is finished and before finishes go in, then a final detail clean before the homeowner walks through or the property goes on the market. We can quote either separately or both together.

How soon after construction should the cleaning happen?
After all trades are finished and all debris and materials are out. If painters or flooring crews are still working, dust will resettle and you'll pay for the same clean twice.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove light debris, packaging and general jobsite trash. Heavy demolition material and large volume haul-away is a separate junk removal service, which we also offer.
How long does post-construction cleaning take?
A single-room remodel is usually 3 to 5 hours. A full house renovation typically runs one to two days depending on square footage and how heavy the dust load is.
Do you clean HVAC vents?
We clean vent covers and registers and vacuum accessible ductwork openings. Full duct cleaning requires a specialized contractor.
