What is the difference between move-out cleaning and regular house cleaning?

Move-out cleaning is designed for an empty or nearly empty property and focuses on detailed areas that may not be included in routine maintenance cleaning. Depending on the selected package, it can include baseboards, closets, interior appliances, cabinets, drawers and other surfaces exposed after belongings are removed.

Do I need to remove my belongings before the cleaners arrive?

Yes. The best results are achieved when furniture, boxes, food and personal belongings have been removed. Please also remove unwanted items and excessive trash unless property cleanout service has been arranged separately.

Do you clean inside cabinets and appliances?
​
Yes. Interior cabinet, drawer, refrigerator and oven cleaning are included with Package B or may be added to another service when arranged in advance.

Do you provide carpet cleaning?
​
Carpet shampooing may be added for rooms, stairs and finished basements. Tell us the number of carpeted rooms and staircases when requesting your quote.

Can you guarantee that I will receive my security deposit back?
​
No cleaning company can control a landlord’s final decision. We provide detailed professional cleaning intended to help the property meet reasonable move-out expectations, but we cannot guarantee the return of a security deposit.

Do I need to be at the property during the cleaning?

Schedule as early as possible once your moving or settlement date is known. End-of-month and summer appointments fill especially quickly.
