How much does a Residential Deep Cleaning cost?

There are several factors when it comes to determining the cost of cleaning. Most importantly is the size of the property. For example a 3 bed 2 bath home may be 1500 square feet or it might be 3000 square feet. Which is why cleaning cost is based on size versus number of bedrooms and baths.
Some companies charge more for households with children or pets but we do not!
Size of the property is critical in determining pricing.

What kind of cleaning products are used in a move in cleaning?

We use medical grade disinfectants. Our arsenal of products consists of 
1. All purpose all surface cleaner
2. Foaming glass cleaner
3. Bleach product for tub and tile
4. Stainless steel cleaner
5. Floor cleaner (we use a cleaner made for your floor- wood cleaner for wood, tile cleaner for tile and laminate cleaner for laminate floors)

Using the correct cleaner is imperative! The wrong solution on surfaces can result in staining, tarnishing or warping.
